Client/Patient Satisfaction Surveys!

It came up during the discussion on client/patient satisfaction surveys, that the questions you set also set client/patient expectations.  So, if you are putting up a quesition in the survey about how they feel about the upkeep of your facilities, then they automatically percieve that that is something your organization is concerned about.  Not only that, they get the impression that that topic is something your organization strives to work on.  So, the next time your are drafting question on your survey be careful about what message it conveys.  It’d be good to omit question about things you haven’t yet started working on, and put those on the front page your organizations has always been passionate about.

Message:  Its not only client/patient’s survey, but also also survey of your organization’s priorities.
